Sehnsucht (zitternd) – Einstürzende Neubauten
Nachhaltigkeit als Musike ist natürlich schwierig, wenn man über die Texte hinaus geht. Daher mal ein anderer Ansatz: Die Neubauten haben sich zumindest in ihren ersten Jahren stark experimentell betätigt und neue / ungewohnte Möglichkeiten der Klanggenerierung genutzt, wobei sie weit über die traditionelle / gewöhnliche Instrumentierung im Pop/Rock-Kontext hinausgegangen sind. Ein fester Bestandteil war dabei die Nutzung von Alltagsgegenständen oder Schrott für die Klanggenerierung – in der Hinsicht nachhaltiges Musizieren.
Ein zweiter Aspekt zur Nachhaltigkeit ist natürlich, dass die Neubauten einen erheblichen (nachhaltigen) Einfluss auf die Entwicklung experimenteller neuzeitlicher Musik hatten.
Vor diesem Hintergrund ist das gewählte Lied nur exemplarisch und ein Beispiel für die frühen Klangwelten der Neubauten, wobei bei der Auswahl zudem auf eine größere Zugänglichkeit geachtet wurde. Spätestens seit den 1990ern sind die Neubauten wesentlich konventioneller und auch für den „normalen“ Hörer eher zugänglich.
